Obituary:
A Mass of Christian Burial for Albert Massick of Knoxville will be held on Saturday, February 5, 2011 at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow in the Bellefountaine Cemetery.
Albert passed away unexpectadly on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 at his home at the age of 89 years, 7 months and 28 days. Survivors include his wife, Violet Joann; children, Terry (Cindy) Massick, Linda (Mike) Shinn, Danny (Diane) Massick all of Knoxville, Jeffrey Massick of Albia; 10 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren; siblings, John Massick of Davenport, Irvin Massick of Knoxville and Irene Worth of Grinnell.
Visitation will begin after 12:00 p.m. on Friday, with the family receiving friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Bybee & Davis Funeral Home.
