OHS Promenade Changes For 2018
The 2018 Oskaloosa High School prom candidates are; Gracie Glasgow, Issac Parks, Haley Lashley, Calvin Silvers, Jori Vandenberg, Jared Kruze, Josie Bunnell, Jaden Van Roekel, Maggie Fitzpatrick, Tanner DeKock.

The Oskaloosa High School Prom is right around the corner. This year’s affair, themed “Be Our Guest,” is this Saturday, April 14th. Promenade, the red-carpet event where every student showcases their dressed-up style, begins at 5:30. Due to construction at the high school, the route will be slightly different this year.
Students will exit their cars, as usual, in front of the George Daily Auditorium. Instead of walking up towards George Daily and going through the gym doors, however, students will walk up the hill to the canopy by the cafeteria, and enter through the orchestra/choir room. All friends and family members who wish to watch the promenade and take pictures must stand in front of the middle school, George Daily, and the high school band room. No family or press will be able to be in the school or stand on the road on the other side of the sidewalk due to safety concerns, so please plan accordingly.
Additionally, there will be an open house from 12 to 4 p.m. on Saturday for anyone who wishes to see the decorated gym. Please enter the gym through the NORTH gym doors. The High School Student Council thanks you for your flexibility and hopes to see you on Prom night!
