On April 23rd, 2016, the Oskaloosa Police Department took a report about a Missing Person. Meghan Fisher, 19 years old with special needs, from Oskaloosa described as white female with dark hair and green eyes about 5’00” tall and 120 lbs was reported as missing.
Meghan Fisher was last known to be riding her Purple and Pink mountain style bike and is known to frequent the uptown area.
