Iowa State Fair Exhibit Results 2014

Mahaska County 4-H was very well represented in the 4-H Exhibits Building at the Iowa State Fair on August 7-17. 4-H provides youth with opportunities to learn and grow in partnership with adult volunteers. Each exhibit that was on display at the Iowa State Fair was exhibited and selected for state during the Southern Iowa Fair in July. 4-H’ers work on projects throughout the year and have the wonderful opportunity to turn those projects into fair exhibits. 4-H’ers are given the opportunity to Exhibit areas range from woodworking and foods to photography and home improvement.
