3 injured in single car rollover Northwest of Oskaloosa

Approximately 6:43 am, on February 3, Rusty Hysell of Agency was traveling Northwest on Highway 163. When Hysell was approaching the Jewel Ave intersection, driving in the right lane, says a vehicle pulled out in front of him from Jewell Ave and went Northwest. Hysell stated to officers he believed he did not have time to stop and to avoid collision he swerved into the left lane, losing control of of his SUV, it started sliding sideways into the median.

The SUV rolled several times into the median, ejecting 2 passengers at that time. 29 year old Jared Moss and 34 year old William Davis where thrown from the vehicle and were transported to Mahaska Health Partnership. Moss and Davis were not wearing seat belts at the time of the accident. Hysell, wearing his seatbelt, was not ejected but was also taken to Mahaska Health Partnership. Their conditions are not known at this time.

There is no real description of the car that pulled out in front of the SUV, other than it was possibly light colored or silver.
