A short-handed C team (only eight players) fought hard in a tough match and beat Knoxville 3-2 by scores of 15-10, 8-15, 13-15, 15-10, and 15-12. Emma Rowley led the way with five aces and five kills. Brooklyn Coenen was next with five aces and two kills. Hailey Montgomery and Lucy McKim each had two aces and three kills while Adicen Briggs added two aces, two kills, and a block. Katelynn Watts was all over the court on defense and gave us an ace and two kills. Destiny Harrison contributed three kills, and Paige Vandermeiden was a perfect five for five at the serving line. Each girl helped her team out tremendously, and it was nice to end the season with a win!

Thank you to all who supported your students this year by coming to watch or by giving a high five or a quick word of encouragement in the hallways. They really appreciated you all!
