Oskaloosa–Jacob Logan (Sr., Galesburg, Ill., Psychology) finished his final collegiate regular season by being named Midwest Collegiate Conference Baseball Pitcher of the Week Monday.

Logan was solid on the mound in two outings, including tossing a four-hit shutout against St. Ambrose last Monday. The senior struck out four batters with one walk in the win. He also picked up a victory over top-seeded AIB Saturday in the MCC Tournament. He finished the 14 1/3-inning week with six strikeouts against three walks for William Penn (24-24).

For the year, Logan was 3-2 with a 3.75 Earned Run Average in 62 1/3 innings. He struck out 40 with 14 walks; opposing batters hit .311 against him. Logan tallied three complete games and one shutout.

The award is the fourth of the year for WPU.
