The Alley Preparing For VIP Event

The Alley

The Alley

The Alley”, located downtown next to Smokey Row, was built with the mission “Preserving Our Heritage While Building Our Future.” The Alley KADTS began the project with hopes of creating a culture in the downtown area where the community would come to gather. A place to encompass serene green space for quieter moments, a gathering space for lunch with friends, meetings, or a large gathering for alley events. Since the grand opening on July 16th , “The Alley” has been used just as intended! The Alley KADTS would like to thank all of you who made it possible. What started out as a vision around the table, became a reality with the help and support of so many, and from so many corners. Thank you for your sign purchases, donated time and materials, volunteers now and in the future, city council and historic preservation votes, art and design, historic fact finding, physical labor (lots of physical labor :), general support and dedication to the project and so much more! “The Alley” belongs to the community and you are part of that creation. You are key to what keeps it a friendly and inviting community gathering space and we thank you!
