Legislators Host Oskaloosa Christian Students

(DES MOINES) –On Wednesday, Reps. Guy Vander Linden (R-Oskaloosa) and Larry Sheets (R-Moulton) hosted students 7th grade students from Oskaloosa Christian School at the State Capitol.

DES MOINES – Seventh grade students and principal Jason Alons from Oskaloosa Christian School traveled to Des Moines on Wednesday, March 6 for private education Celebration Day on the Hill. The group was able to meet with Senator Ken Rozenboom of Oskaloosa to discuss the legislative process. The group also took a tour of the state Capitol and learned about the proper way to lobby legislators.
