Lundsgaard Named NAIA Scholar-Athlete

Oskaloosa–Frederik Lundsgaard (Sr., Jebjerg, Denmark, History/Government) was honored for his excellence in the classroom as he was named a 2017-2018 Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete Thursday.
Lundsgaard, a first-time recipient, entered the spring semester with a 3.60 Grade Point Average in History/Government. A total of 180 men’s golfers from within the NAIA were awarded the laurel.
To be eligible for the award, athletes must be of at least junior academic standing, maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale, and have attended the nominating institution for at least one full academic year.
