Evans’ Season Low Nets Weekly Award

Oskaloosa–Brittany Evans (So., Fernley, Nev., Business Management) put together the best round of her season to be named Heart of America Athletic Conference Women’s Golfer of the Week Monday.
Evans earned her second career award (first of the season) by tying for sixth at the Bellevue Invitational with a campaign-low 76. Her effort led WPU to finish fourth at the event.
For the year, Evans owns an 81.4 stroke average over seven rounds. She has two rounds in the 70s.
WPU has now claimed three accolades in 2017-2018.
