Absentee ballots are now available in the Mahaska County Auditor’s Office

Absentee ballots are now available in the Mahaska County Auditor’s Office. Regular office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

These cities are able to vote absentee thru 11 AM on Tuesday, November 7

(Polls open at Noon on election day)

Barnes City
Beacon
Fremont
Keomah Village
Leighton
Rose Hill

These cities absentee voting ends Monday, November 6 at 5 PM.

New Sharon
Oskaloosa
University Park

Also, Public Testing of the voting machines for the City Election will take place Wednesday, October 18, beginning at 9 AM until finished, in the Courthouse.
