Label Shopper Moves in to Penn Central Mall

Members of the Oskaloosa Indian Football Team helped Label Shopper unload two truckloads merchandise as they moved into Penn Central Mall today. Pictured above are Jimmy Brown (left) and Andy Sterner (right). Label Shopper offers brand name designer fashions for 25-70 percent off the department store price. The Oskaloosa store is the first Iowa store in the chain.  It will offer women’s and men’s clothing, shoes, accessories and famous-label handbags. The store will open August 1 in time for the back-to-school tax-free holiday.
